Retail Operations Excellence Specialist

📋 Description

• Improve Perfect Order Fulfillment Ratio by reducing unfulfilled items and cancellations.
• Act as the operational bridge between stores, country teams and regional stakeholders with data-driven actions.
• Conduct store visits, picker coaching and staff training to improve substitutions and inventory.
• Support rollout of operational tools and processes, run pilots and share learnings.
• Collaborate with Cluster Heads, Retail Ops, Product and Support to improve availability and data accuracy.
• Document best practices and blockers, sharing learnings across markets to scale improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years in retail ops, supply chain, e-commerce or similar.
• Experience across multiple markets, ideally Nordic.
• Strong analytical mindset; comfortable with Excel, Looker or similar.
• Identify root causes and turn data-driven insights into practical actions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication with store and regional teams.
• Hands-on, proactive; on-site with merchants and cross-functional teams.
• Structured follow-through; own actions to measurable improvements.
• Fluent in English; Scandinavian language skills a plus.
