- Improve Perfect Order Fulfillment Ratio by reducing unfulfilled items and cancellations.
- Act as the operational bridge between stores, country teams and regional stakeholders with data-driven actions.
- Conduct store visits, picker coaching and staff training to improve substitutions and inventory.
- Support rollout of operational tools and processes, run pilots and share learnings.

- 3-5 years in retail ops, supply chain, e-commerce or similar.
- Experience across multiple markets, ideally Nordic.
- Strong analytical mindset; comfortable with Excel, Looker or similar.
- Identify root causes and turn data-driven insights into practical actions.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication with store and regional teams.
- Hands-on, proactive; on-site with merchants and cross-functional teams.
- Structured follow-through; own actions to measurable improvements.
- Fluent in English; Scandinavian language skills a plus.
