- Roll out global initiatives and new processes with partner readiness.
- Run pilots to improve picking efficiency, inventory and item data quality.
- Track POFR drivers and implement improvement plans with partners.
- Collaborate with Regional Ops Heads, Product and Support to reduce substitutions and data errors.
🎯 Requirements
- 2-5 years in retail, supply/ops, account management or similar ecommerce roles.
- Strong analytical mindset; comfortable with data tools like Excel and Looker.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management; proactive and independent.
- Hands-on, proactive; comfortable working on-site and cross-functional online.
- Open for travel to Bulgaria, North Macedonia, Serbia and Slovenia.
- Fluent in English and Croatian.
