🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 4+ years in retail merchandising, buying, or planning.
• Advanced Excel and Tableau or analytics platforms.
• Strong understanding of retail trends, inventory and distribution.
• Analytical skills to interpret data and drive decisions.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration; 50% travel.
