• Lead high-volume inventory operations in a dispensary

• 1+ years in retail inventory leadership/supervisory role
• 1+ years in high-volume inventory management
• Proven ability to train and develop team members
• Strong communication and collaboration across levels
• Flexible shifts: evenings, weekends, holidays, overnights
