Manage Capex: estimates, actuals, and forecasts.
Plan and execute project schedules; collaborate with retailers, SSP, Real Estate, and Finance.
Maintain project status and Capex reports; provide insights.
Provide hands-on support during openings, refits, and closures.
Align best practices in global retail construction and reporting.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in retail construction/project management; US-focused budgets.
Project lead experience.
Strong budget analysis and management skills.
Experience in phased construction for new and existing stores.
Interpret MEP, architectural, and structural plans.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
