Retail Construction Project Manager

📋 Description

• Lead PM of retail shop fit outs, refits, closures.
• Manage capex estimates, actuals, and forecast updates.
• Plan and execute schedules; collaborate with retailers, SSP, leasing, finance.
• Stay informed on global retail construction best practices; align processes.
• Maintain project status and capex reports; provide insights.
• Support retail teams with construction info; assist openings and closures.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in retail construction and PM; US-focused budgets.
• Demonstrated project-lead experience.
• Carpentry/millwork knowledge is an asset.
• Strong budget analysis and management skills.
• Experience in phased construction for new and existing stores.
• Ability to interpret MEP, architectural, and structural plans.
