🎯 Requirements
- A retail expert with 4+ years of multi-unit retail management experience.
- A People Leader with 4+ years of people team development experience and proven success in building and leading highly motivated teams.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to maximize sales and achieve company business objectives within the area.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with cross‑functional partners including HR, Buying/Merchandising, Operations, and Finance.
- Strong executive communication skills with the ability to confidently engage with the CEO, VPs, and senior leadership.
- A big picture thinker with the ability to implement innovative solutions to grow revenue, motivate the team, and provide a best-in-class experience for our guests.
