📋 Description

• Create (rewrite) professional tech resumes showing strengths for recruiters and interviewers.
• Gather and analyze information from multiple sources to ensure complete, keyword-rich resumes.
• Identify career goals and strengths to assess fit for roles.
• Manage each resume as a small project; coordinate multiple resumes and stakeholders.
• Communicate with candidates to gather info and insert keywords via WhatsApp, email, etc.
• Provide one-on-one coaching to tailor resumes and interview skills.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Languages, Psychology, Business Admin, Advertising, or related field.
• Outstanding English writing and communication skills (C1+).
• 4+ years in translation, editing, proofreading, copywriting (including freelance).
• 2+ years working with resumes and interviews in tech-related industries.
• Detail-oriented; can detect errors and rewrite text for impact.
• Fast-paced startup exp; tech background a plus; Google Workspace and remote tools.
