The successful candidate will drive strategic direction whileremainingdeeply engaged in day-to-day operations,focuses onexecuting operational excellence throughdesignanddeliveryof technologysolutionsthat supportGTMteams. How you'll add value: Leada teamfocused on deliveringrobust technicalsolutions forGTM stakeholdersEnsures consistent communication and progress monitoring for direct reports, providing detailed direction and frequent feedback to ensure quality outcomesDrive cross-functional alignment by building strong relationships with GTM stakeholders to ensuredeliverablesremainfocused on thebroader GTM strategic initiativesOwnership of work management process, including request triaging, prioritization, and solution delivery in an agile environment.Support the technology roadmap for systems in partnership with the Manager, Enterprise Applications, ensuring alignment with organizationalobjectivesand industry best practices.Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partner,RevOpsand Finance teams to ensure expectations are set for deliverables within release schedules.Partner with GTM leadership toidentifyopportunities for process automation and system improvements that driveoperationalefficiencies.Other duties as assigned. What you'll need to be successful in this role: 8+ years of experience in business analysis, systems management, or GTM operations5+ years of people management experience, with proven ability to manage and develop high-performing technicalteammembersDeep understanding of GTM processes including Quote to Cash, CPQ,Customer Success,Revenue Operations, Partner Relationship Management and Financial OperationsExtensive experience with Salesforce and other well-known GTM tools(required)Skilled in providing day to day support for direct reports and managing accountability measuresProficiencywith work managementprocessesand agilemethodologyStrong project management skills with experience driving cross-functional initiatives and ensuring on-time deliveryProventrack recordof driving process improvements and system optimizations thatimpactrevenue growthOutstanding communication and presentation skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders and provide executive-level project updatesSalesforce certifications and other relevant professional certifications a plus R365 Team Member Benefits & Compensation This position has a salary range of $139,200 - $200,000 per year. The above range represents the expected salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location.
