The Product Manager– Integrations will be responsible for the R365 suite of integrations from ideation to go-to-market and will work closely with every other Product Manager to drive our integration offerings in the R365 Platform.
How you'll add value: Own specific areas of the R365 product integrationsThrive in a fast-paced, flexible work environment where you’ll have the opportunity to lead a robust mission-critical product offeringDrive, develop and maintain the R365 Integration Roadmap, along with its 18-mo visionSelect, design, and write user stories for the Integration Scrum TeamEvaluate and prioritize features, bugs and program debtCollaborate with other teams to prioritize, scope, design, and deliver the most impactful enhancements needed to fortify and enhance our existing suite of integrationsCreate and maintain comprehensive documentation for integrations, including usage metrics, user guides, release notes, and technical documentationCommunicate and present product information at company eventsConduct customer interviewsPartner with other teams to ensure each integration is adopted correctlyWork with the Go to Market (GTM) team to document and launch product updatesDevelop an understanding of the market and what data points drive successful restaurant businessesSupport the R365 Product by identifying opportunities with integrations, understanding features and capabilities to make recommendations regarding customer experience and product usage What you'll need to be successful in this role: 3+ years of experience in integration-focused product management in a SaaS environmentStrong understanding of integration business and technology fundamentalsDemonstrated Agile Methodology experience in a product owner/manager functionSolid communication skills and proven ability to work well with cross functional teamsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience working in the restaurant industryProduct Management experience with Back-of-House Restaurant Software (integrations, reports, analytics, accounting, invoicing, workforce management), ideally in the Enterprise space R365 Team Member Benefits & Perks This position has a salary range of $96,160 - $144,240. The above range represents the expected salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location.
