  • Educational Background: Bachelor's in Business, Economics, Engineering or related field.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytics to monitor KPIs and drive data-driven improvements.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills; German and English.
  • Detail-Oriented: High attention to quality in onboarding processes.
  • Proactive and Ownership Mindset: Able to drive changes in a fast-paced environment.
