🎯 Requirements
- Experience in resource management, staffing, or project management.
- Strong planning, capacity, forecasting, and prioritization.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management; fluent English.
- Experience in agency/consultancy or project-based settings is an advantage.
- Ability to balance business needs with team capacity.
- Willing to work onsite from Copenhagen office.
