Resource Manager

📋 Description

• Completes resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; follows up on results.
• Maintain and update the database of qualification, skillsets, and experience.
• Provide up-to-date information on resources, particularly availability.
• Forecast the workload and take proactive steps.
• Schedule periodic meetings with project managers to discuss future opportunities.
• Work closely with project managers and lead engineers to remove roadblocks.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years IT resource/project management experience in software development.
• Delivery experience in a matrix organization.
• Expert knowledge of MS Project with emphasis on resource planning/tracking.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Visio.
• Working knowledge of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proficient in AI-driven Process Automation and capacity planning.
