• Match consultants to projects by skills, experience, and availability.
• Maintain a real-time view of assignments, duration, and capacity.
• Forecast staffing needs 4–8 weeks out with engagement leads.
• Resolve staffing conflicts proactively before escalations.
• Build dashboards and reporting on staffing health for Partners.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in resource management or staffing (consulting/PS/startup).
• Manage staffing for 100+ professionals.
• Strong analytical and operational instincts; utilization math.
• Excellent judgment and people skills; empathetic and discreet.
• Hands-on with modern ops stack: Monday.com, Bizinta, HubSpot, Claude.
• Comfort translating pipeline signals into staffing decisions; cross-functional.
