Residential Security Officer - Downtown Chicago

📋 Description

• Provide excellent customer service to visitors and tenants.
• Maintain front desk logs for people, packages, and property.
• Control access for tenants, visitors, and vendors.
• Monitor CCTV and patrol the property to prevent theft and maintain safety.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies; record incident data.
• Other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience as door staff or receptionist, customer service, clerical, hotel or restaurant.
• Comfortable around dogs, cats, and other pets.
• High School diploma or GED; able to obtain Illinois PERC and training.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English; lift 50+ lbs.
