- Engage and acquire new customers and close sales via door-to-door sales.
- Identify targets in designated towns/cities; build rapport to assess needs.
- Maintain knowledge of features, pricing, and campaigns; compare with competitors.
- Evaluate customers' existing and potential product needs; make recommendations.
- Maintain sales production to meet or exceed quotas.
- Represent the company at community events in targeted markets.
๐ฏ Requirements
- Experience in direct sales, preferably door-to-door, but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; build customer relationships.
- Must be able to work outside in any weather.
- Available 10AM-7PM, 40 hours per week.
- Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently with excellent attendance.
- Valid driver's license and personal vehicle; mileage allowance provided.
