🎯 Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of estimating experience in residential remodeling for U.S. clients
- Proficiency with Buildertrend or comparable project management and estimating software
- Strong ability to read and interpret architectural plans, specifications, and design details with a high degree of accuracy
- End-to-end bid process experience from plan review to submission
- Proven experience developing plan sets and coordinating with trade subcontractors on scope and pricing
- Fluent English (written and verbal) and remote work experience with a U.S.-based contractor preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
