  • Plan, install, maintain, and test HVAC equipment in residential and commercial settings.
  • Install, maintain, repair HVAC systems including furnaces, ACs, and heat pumps.
  • Perform system replacements, upgrades, refrigerant charging, and airflow balancing.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical plans, wiring diagrams, and HVAC docs.
  • Ensure work complies with state/local codes, specs, and best practices.
  • Diagnose with meters and gauges; calculate airflow and load, superheat.

🎯 Requirements

  • Licensed HVAC Technician in Connecticut or equivalent state certs.
  • EPA 608 Certification (required).
  • Minimum 5 years of residential and light commercial HVAC service experience.
  • All applicants must show legal authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Proficient with mobile work order apps, time tracking, and basic inventory management.
  • Clean driving record and ability to pass background and drug tests.
