🎯 Requirements

Licensed HVAC Technician in CT or equivalent certification.
EPA 608 Certification required.
Minimum 5 years of residential and light commercial HVAC service.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, codes, and safety.
Experience with older systems/retrofits preferred.
Leadership or mentoring experience is a plus.
