🎯 Requirements

  • On-site availability: 7-8 hours per week at South Pointe Landing.
  • Experience: 2+ years in social services, community organizing, or resident services.
  • Communication: strong interpersonal skills; comfortable with 1:1 and group workshops.
  • Tech Savviness: comfortable with apps, SMS, and webforms; own laptop and smartphone.
  • Knowledge: familiarity with local social services, healthcare, workforce programs, utilities.
  • Attributes: self-starter, independent, empathetic, professional.
