- Communication: strong interpersonal skills; comfortable with 1:1 and group workshops.
- Tech Savviness: comfortable with apps, SMS, and webforms; own laptop and smartphone.
- Knowledge: familiarity with local social services, healthcare, workforce programs, utilities.
- Attributes: self-starter, independent, empathetic, professional.
