  • Proactively identify, recruit, and onboard new reseller partners across EMEA who buy through distribution
  • Qualify prospective partners quickly from first contact to onboarding with fast time-to-first-deal
  • Build a bench of net-new, first-time Huntress resellers
  • Drive growth through Huntress distribution relationships, co-sell and co-market with distributors
  • Own the first 90-180 days of the reseller partner journey
  • Ensure resellers understand how to buy, quote, and transact efficiently via distribution

🎯 Requirements

  • 2-5+ years in channel sales, partner development, or distribution-led roles
  • Proven reseller recruitment or high-velocity sales track record
  • Experience with EMEA distribution (tech, security, SaaS, MS strongly preferred)
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity landscape across SMB and Commercial segments
  • Proven ability to recruit/activate resellers; existing relationships preferred
  • SMB/Commercial mindset with bias for action and execution
