- Experience in research (user/UX/market/behavioral) or in customer-facing SaaS with research exposure.
- Strong communication and facilitation; comfortable leading workshops.
- Structured, analytical mindset with solid project management.
- Comfortable with data, research outputs, and product usage signals.
- Empathy for researchers and understanding of their challenges.
- PhD or equivalent in a research-heavy field (preferred).
