📋 Description

• Conduct original research and build deep distributed RL training systems for Varsapura.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate gameplay requirements into ML-enabled features.
• Own research roadmaps; work with engineers to iterate on features and manage production risk.
• Explore advanced asset processing techniques for high-quality game assets.
• Stay current with ML, CV, and data compression advances to improve the gaming experience.

🎯 Requirements

• MS or PhD in CS/Statistics, or 8+ years of equivalent research experience.
• Strong applied ML background with reinforcement learning.
• Hands-on RL design: 3D environments, complex action spaces, spatial reasoning.
• Python and C++, with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Distributed training on AWS or GCP; scale/perf debugging.
• Game development experience with real-time gameplay constraints.
