Perform QA on Gen Grid Channel Check outputs for accuracy and grammar.
Audit and edit project docs - AI prompt sheets, questionnaires, briefs.
Collaborate with research to identify/resolve quality issues; test new AI tools.
Develop/refine AI prompts to improve outputs.
Maintain QA checklists to standardize best practices.
Track quality metrics; report findings and suggest improvements.

🎯 Requirements

1-3+ years experience in QA, content review, copy editing, research, or data analysis.
Exceptional eye for detail and commitment to high-quality work.
Analytical, curious, able to quickly grasp concepts and spot inconsistencies.
Excellent written and verbal communication; editing and proofreading.
Comfortable working collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team.
Strong interest in technology and AI; experience with AI/LLMs is a plus.
