Research Project Lead

📋 Description

• Co-design model capabilities with the Researcher.
• Conduct headroom literature reviews of recent work.
• Run experiments/benchmarks using internal stack and Oddish.
• Be the voice of the model user; gather evaluation data.
• Work on data pipelines; tooling for research ops.
• Founding-level role with outsized ownership.

🎯 Requirements

• Technically fluent: deep understanding of evaluations, RL, and LLMs/Agents.
• Research-oriented; able to read papers and keep up with SOTA literature.
• Extreme owner with founder mentality; resourceful and scrappy.
• Creative problem solver; design projects from the ground up.
• Proficient with coding agents such as Codex or Claude Code.
