Collaborate across research, design, product, and engineering to enable research
Programmatically support cross-functional teams’ research needs
Oversee operations for research enablement and participant experience
Ensure governance and compliance across research programs
Help build Okta’s broader user research culture and community
Maintain documentation and resources for research methods and procedures

🎯 Requirements

2+ years in research or operational programming
Collaborative, holistic problem solving
Proactive, team-based approach to research
Knowledge of inclusive research and UX methods
Strong organizational and communication skills
Bachelor's or Master's in related field; attend orientation in Toronto
