🎯 Requirements

- Hands-on software development experience in data science/ML engineering, systems, or distributed services.
- Technical and people leadership; ability to lead teams.
- Deep Learning expertise.
- Proven track record leading Research teams in global, high-growth environments; open to newer leaders motivated by people leadership.
- Excellent communication and collaboration; high English proficiency; German knowledge a plus.
