- 2-4 years in recruiting, lead gen, inside sales, or research ops.
- Prior experience managing or mentoring junior team members.
- Comfort with high-volume outreach (cold calling and cold emailing).
- Strong written and verbal English; confident engaging senior professionals.
- Able to work APAC/EMEA/US shifts (e.g., 9:00-17:30 or 17:00-1:30 IST).
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and execution.
