📋 Description

• Own and lead physical product research initiatives end-to-end.
• Partner with hardware, engineering, product, and design on research needs.
• Develop and maintain clear research plans and deliverables.
• Manage research programs and dependencies using PM tools.
• Mentor researchers; set expectations and provide feedback.
• Translate research findings into actionable recommendations.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong project and program management; comfortable with Jira or similar PM tools.
• 3+ years of research in hardware or physical product environments.
• Experience with product development lifecycle in consumer electronics; wearables a bonus.
• Human factors, usability testing, physiology methods for physical products.
• 1+ years people management or mentoring, leading projects.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills with feedback.
