🎯 Requirements

2+ years with AI systems, production-grade experience
Hands-on prompt engineering and LLM experimentation
Strong experimental mindset for tests and analysis
Experience with RL and supervised fine-tuning
Attention to detail and quality focus
Bachelor's in CS/ML or related field (Nice to have)
