🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's in molecular biology, biochemistry, bioengineering, or related field.
- 1-3+ years of relevant lab experience; more for senior level.
- Hands-on DNA/RNA handling, pipetting, reagent prep, enzymatic assays, sequencing.
- Experience with cultured cells, tissue samples, or extracted nucleic acids/proteins.
- Strong technique, attention to detail, and ability to execute multistep protocols.
- Experience with data tools: Excel, JMP, ImageJ/Fiji, or similar.
