Research Associate, Process Development (I,II,III)

📋 Description

• Support small-scale and scale-up experiments for the Cellares platform.
• Assist leukopak processing: isolation, activation, expansion, cryopreservation.
• Contribute to high-quality procedures, SOPs, and reports.
• Present technical results at departmental meetings.
• Support technology characterization for equipment and consumables performance.
• Perform routine lab activities including ordering and equipment qualification/maintenance.

🎯 Requirements

• BS/MS in Bioengineering, Chemical Engineering, Biology, Biochemistry, or related field.
• 0-4 years in process development or cGMP manufacturing (cell therapy/bioprocessing).
• Hands-on aseptic technique; experience with primary immune cell culture or bioreactors.
• Hands-on experience with semi-automated instruments for cell therapy manufacturing.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Strong technical writing skills and SOP/report authoring.
• Creative, self-motivated, eager to tackle varied tasks and grow.
• Self-awareness, integrity, authenticity, and a growth mindset.
