Test and troubleshoot molecular biology, ligand binding, and protein assays.
Perform qPCR, ddPCR, and nucleic acid extraction.
Conduct ligand binding assays including ELISA.
Characterize proteins via chromatography, electrophoresis, and light scattering.
Execute experimental plans and analyze samples per standard procedures.
Present project status updates to AD team and maintain documentation.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in life sciences with 2+ years biotech or fast-paced lab experience.
Experience generating high-quality, reproducible data with accurate documentation.
Knowledge of protein and DNA chemistry.
Experience with molecular biology, ligand binding, or protein characterization assays.
AAV-based gene therapy experience is a plus.
Proficiency with SoftMaxPro, QuantStudio, Empower, or similar software.
