Perform pre-analytical sample processing, plasma isolation, and downstream omics assays
Operate liquid handler instruments to carry out experiments
Troubleshoot instrument and sample processing errors; escalate issues as needed
Identify and implement lab process improvements through critical thinking
Verify incoming specimens and assess acceptability for analytical testing
Maintain documentation for executed experiments

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s in molecular biology, biochemistry, genetics, or related field
2+ years of relevant industry lab experience
Experience with 96/384-well plate format assays
Proven track record following SOPs and experimental designs
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work, execute, and troubleshoot protocols independently
