Work with the Insights team to run teleconferences across tech/media/telecom, consumer
Monitor upcoming topics and identify experts 1–2 weeks before calls
Use phone, LinkedIn, and outreach to recruit Advisors to the network
Recruit Advisors using outreach tools; verify credentials
Develop screening criteria to test knowledge of subject matter
Finalize scheduling and logistics with experts

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher with strong academic record
1-2 years in pre-sales/sales/client service/BPO/lead generation
Cold calling and cold emailing experience; lead generation
US shift hours (5pm-2am IST)
Excellent English communication (written and verbal)
Proactive, results-driven; team player who can work independently
