Execute lab experiments using molecular biology techniques to prepare samples for NGS.
Analyze data and discuss results with a multidisciplinary team.
Maintain a detailed lab notebook and track samples with LIMS.
Manage multiple tasks and priorities; follow EHS/GLP guidelines.
Complete HIPAA/PHI privacy and security training within 30 days.
Summarize data in spreadsheets, graphs, and presentations.

🎯 Requirements

BS/BA in biological science or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years molecular biology lab experience.
Nucleic acid techniques: DNA manipulation, PCR, qPCR, DNA quantitation.
NGS library prep and sequencing platforms (NovaSeq/HiSeq/MiSeq).
DNA isolation from biological samples.
LIMS experience and sample tracking; Excel skills.
