Normalize plasma samples
Extract nucleic acids from plasma, blood, and buccal swabs
Determine nucleic acid quantity/quality with Quant-IT, Qubit, Nanodrop
Load sequencing-ready libraries on NGS platforms (NovaSeq, iSeq, MiSeq, NextSeq)
Track sample inventory with LIMS or Google Sheets
Maintain accurate lab records in Google Sheets and Excel

🎯 Requirements

BS/BA in biological science or equivalent
1-2 years related laboratory experience
Hands-on with NGS platforms: NovaSeq, iSeq, MiSeq, NextSeq
Experience with nucleic acid techniques (extraction, quantification)
Familiar with LIMS/database software
Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Drive (Docs/Sheets)
