Normalize plasma samples
Extract nucleic acids from blood/plasma using automated/manual methods
Perform library prep for NextGen sequencing using automated/manual methods
Determine nucleic acid quantity/quality using Quant-IT, Qubit, Nanodrop, BioAnalyzer, qPCR
Load libraries onto sequencing platforms (NextSeq, NovaSeq, iSeq)
Interpret data and determine next steps per outlined requirements

🎯 Requirements

BS/BA in a biological science or equivalent required
1-2 years of related laboratory experience
Hands-on library prep and NGS platforms (NovaSeq/NextSeq/iSeq)
Hands-on nucleic acid techniques (purification, quantification, amplification)
Knowledge of LIMS/database software
Excellent oral and written communication skills
