Handle day-to-day customer interactions and back-office tasks per SOPs.
Interact daily with members, brokers, providers, or Oscar vendors.
Manage an assigned caseload while maintaining service, productivity, and quality.
Escalate issues through established pathways and track WIP health.
Support leadership with process improvement and PHI/compliance adherence.
Remote role; occasional travel may be required in AZ.

🎯 Requirements

1+ years in fast-paced, volume-based or customer service role.
Experience in general or health insurance.
Accurate data entry in a production-driven environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
