🎯 Requirements
- Qualified Accountant preferred
- Banking/financial services exp with UK/European regulation (PRA/FCA)
- FP&A or similar performance/analytically focussed role experience
- Motivated, proactive self-starter
- Willingness to improve processes and attention to detail
- Resilience and ability to meet deadlines
