We're seeking a strategic and results-driven Partnership Lead to own and scale our partnerships. This role will be key to driving business growth through high-impact partnerships, including new go-to-market channels, product integrations, and co-marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a high-agency person that is passionate about what we are building at Replit. Experience with AI and developer tools is a bonus.

In this role you will…

• Develop the Partnership Strategy: Work with the hiring manager to handle inbound partnership requests and prioritize

• Identify & Close New Partnerships: Proactively source, negotiate, and finalize strategic partnerships with high-value organizations.

• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key partners to maximize value for both parties.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, product, and legal teams to ensure smooth partnership execution and alignment.

• Performance Tracking & Reporting: Define success metrics, track performance, and optimize initiatives based on data-driven insights.

• Build projects 0-to-1: We are still an early team, so this role will also use ~20% of their capacity to test and scale new initiatives

Required skills and experience:

• 5+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or a related field.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Nice to have:

• Strong technical skills like SQL, Python, or JavaScript

• Experience in developer tools or AI

This role may not be a fit if

Replit is entering a hyper-growth phase in one of the fastest moving spaces in the world (and maybe all-time). Scaling will require a lot of hard work, remaining humble, and being agile. This is likely not a fit if you:

• Prefer stability and very clear planning quarters in advance

• Are focused less on our mission and more on just riding a rocketship
