Replenishment & Reporting Analyst

📋 Description

• Own forecasting and replenishment for your categories across short- and long-term planning.
• Drive in-stock and fill rate to ensure core Knix products are available.
• Become the go-to expert on seasonality, product performance, and SKU/size rationalization.
• Balance inventory across CA and US DCs and channels (Amazon, wholesale).
• Identify opportunities to improve inventory productivity (sell-through, WOS, aging).
• Deliver clear, accurate reporting (daily/weekly/ad hoc) to speed decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in retail inventory management or related field.
• Strong analytical skills with key retail metrics (sales, GM, OTB, etc.)
• Experience with forecasting models, replenishment systems, or inventory tools.
• Comfortable with large datasets; SQL, BI tools, or dashboards a plus.
• Advanced Excel and data management skills.
• Cross-functional collaboration and clear stakeholder communication.
