• Break down renewals objectives into a cohesive plan with metrics and milestones.
• Lead execution of large-scale cross-functional projects that impact results.
• Clearly and concisely communicate findings to senior management and executive team.
• Act as primary business partner for renewals; support targets, systems enhancements, and reporting.
• Partner with renewals leadership to drive process improvements and reduce churn.
• Support renewals forecasting and commissions administration and planning.

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent reporting and analytical skills; 6+ years in operational analytics.
• Salesforce, Excel, Tableau, Jira, Clari experience a bonus.
• Gainsight knowledge and reporting experience desired.
• Strong understanding of SaaS financial and business metrics.
• Structured, logical thinking; ability to dissect problems and test solutions.
• Strong verbal and written communication; present clear recommendations.
