- Maintain renewal forecasts and pipeline visibility in Salesforce; report at-risk, GRR, NRR.
- Identify at-risk accounts and develop plans to reduce churn.
- Surface expansion signals and route opportunities to Strategic AE/SAE.
๐ฏ Requirements
- 2โ3 years in renewals, account management, customer success, or similar.
- French language proficiency โ comfortable with English as well.
- Experience using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or equivalents).
- Salesforce CRM experience and strong spreadsheet proficiency (Excel or Google Sheets).
- Comfortable negotiating contracts in a high-volume, transactional environment.
- Experience with Gainsight or similar CS platform (preferred).
