  • Fluency in German; spoken and written is a bonus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years in renewals, account management, or customer success in software.
  • Strong SaaS business model and recurring revenue knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and customer-focused mindset.
  • Proficient in Salesforce and Gainsight.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data to drive decision-making.
  • Able to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
