  • Manage renewals for our security software products to hit ARR targets.
  • Oversee the renewal process end-to-end from quotes to contracts.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships; identify upsell opportunities.

  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success and Product teams for a seamless renewal.
  • Proactively engage customers before contract expiration.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years renewals, account mgmt, or customer success in software.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models and recurring revenue.
  • Excellent communication and customer-focused mindset.
  • Proficient in Salesforce, Gainsight and related tooling.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team.
