📋 Description

  • Proactively manage Renewal pipelines and engagement milestones
  • Research renewal history; make recommendations based on prior activity
  • Manage KPI tracking for renewal coverage by segment/region
  • Gather requirements from Sales and user signals for renewal, expansion, upsell
  • Assist with complex quote creation to enable Sales focus on upsell
  • Help develop and execute Stripe’s Renewals Desk strategy
  • Identify and optimize scalable, repeatable processes
  • Foster ownership, customer-first culture and high integrity

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in Renewals, Account Management, or Customer Success in tech
  • Proven track record delivering manual and automated processes
  • Strong leadership with cross-functional partnerships
  • Sound business judgment; analytical, data-driven
  • Experience in high-growth tech with lean, fast-paced environment
  • Highly organized; adept at multitasking in ambiguity

Preferred qualifications

  • Lean Six Sigma certification or proven methodology experience
  • Experience in financial services/payments industry
