🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years in Renewals, Account Management, or Customer Success in tech
- Proven track record delivering manual and automated processes
- Strong leadership with cross-functional partnerships
- Sound business judgment; analytical, data-driven
- Experience in high-growth tech with lean, fast-paced environment
- Highly organized; adept at multitasking in ambiguity
Preferred qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma certification or proven methodology experience
- Experience in financial services/payments industry
