- Innovative thinking to identify retention strategies beyond renewals
- Exceptional communication, organization, and cross-functional project management
- Proven renewals track record in cybersecurity or similarly complex tech
- Advanced experience with Gainsight or similar customer success platforms
- Experience navigating multi-million dollar global renewals with high negotiation expertise
