  • Exceptional communication, organization, and cross-functional project management
  • Proven renewals track record in cybersecurity or similarly complex tech
  • Advanced experience with Gainsight or similar customer success platforms
  • Experience navigating multi-million dollar global renewals with high negotiation expertise
