🎯 Requirements
- At least 3 years in Renewal Specialist roles within SaaS.
- Experience as first Renewal Specialist, building cross-functional partnerships.
- Exceptional communicator; clear updates, early risk surfacing, stakeholder alignment.
- Customer-centric and commercially minded, balancing risk and value.
- Builder mindset; codify renewal processes and deliver on-time renewals.
- Authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not offered.
