📋 Description

  • Collaborate with Account Managers to maximize net revenue retention (NRR).
  • Meet quarterly renewal and expansion goals; build partner and buyer relationships.
  • Maintain partner and customer relationships; align needs with Sophos solutions.
  • Identify renewal risks and coordinate with partners and CS to mitigate.
  • Coordinate with customers, partners, and internal teams to gather revenue documentation.
  • Support end-to-end renewals and maintain renewal forecast in SFDC.

🎯 Requirements

  • 1-3+ years renewal account management or sales with decision-makers.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; or proven relevant experience.
  • Familiar with Salesforce Lightning/CPQ, Outreach, Excel, Power BI, Outlook.
  • Strong understanding of renewals cycle and buyer personas.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Self-motivated, proactive; able to work independently.
